Service Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed in writing upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as agreed. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all booking details are correct at the time of confirmation. Any amendments must be submitted in writing.
2. Tour and Photoshoot Duration
Our guided walking tours and photoshoots are scheduled experiences. Standard photoshoot sessions last one hour unless otherwise specified. Clients may book additional time depending on their preferences and availability.
3. Photographer Assignment
A professional photographer from our team will be assigned to each photoshoot. Clients may request a specific photographer, subject to availability at the time of booking.
4. Special Requests
Clients are encouraged to inform us in advance of any special requests, preferences, or mobility concerns so we can tailor the experience accordingly.
5. Client Responsibility and Safety
Clients participate in all walking tours and photoshoots at their own risk. They are responsible for their personal belongings and must exercise due caution throughout the experience. All clients are required to have their own comprehensive travel insurance, which should cover medical expenses, personal liability, cancellations, loss of possessions, and any unforeseen disruptions.
6. Experience Format
Both the guided tours and the photoshoots are walking-based experiences designed to showcase iconic and scenic locations in and around Victoria Falls.
7. Photo Delivery
Clients will receive a professionally edited online photo album within three (3) days following the completion of the photoshoot.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy applies to both guided tours and photoshoots:
- A full refund will be granted for cancellations made seven (7) or more days before the scheduled experience.
- A 100% cancellation fee applies to any cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled date.
- No refunds are provided for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
9. Photo Usage Rights
Clients receive personal usage rights to all images delivered from their photoshoot. Any commercial use is subject to additional terms and fees. Unless the client opts out in writing, we reserve the right to use selected photos for marketing purposes, including social media and promotional material.
10. Feedback and Reviews
We welcome and value client feedback to continually improve our services. Clients may be asked to share testimonials or reviews, which may be used in promotional material with their consent.
11. Liability
Victoria Falls Guided Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience during the course of a tour or photoshoot, except where proven to be due to our negligence. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, travel delays, or third-party service providers.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Zimbabwe.
